Can anyone tell me the size of the outer safe zone. I know that standard video is 640x480, but what is the size of the safe zones. I need to know this fast so if anyone can help out, that would be awesome. Thanks!
Standard Definition NTSC video is 720X486, not 640X480. I had never measured to see what action safe and title safe are, resolution-wise. Out curosity, I threw an image from After Effects with title safe turned on into photoshop and came up with these numbers: Titel safe: 575X390 Action Safe: 645X435 based on a 720X486 non-square pixel image. Here's the image:
Awesome man, thanks a lot! Ya the whole number changing thing is common. I do a lot of work on Encore and when I move a project from Photoshop or Premiere the project doesnt quite fit in the safezones correctly. So thank you very much.
