Grad vs. Undergrad for Film School

I've heard a lot about all the different film schools, but I was wondering if there is a difference between attending one of the more prestigious schools, such as USC, UCLA, or NYU, as an undergrad or grad student? Is the coursework fairly similar, or is there a major difference that would make it more worthwhile to as a grad student (or undergrad, depending on which is 'better.') Any opinions?

Thanks!
