Short film distributor seeks content; get seen, earn money...

Dear Filmmakers!

We're launching a bit of a new enterprise aimed at getting some much needed attention for all the awesome short films in the world that don't get an agent, distributor or You Tube front page.

It's called Coffee Shorts, and takes advantage of the increasingly popular free web clip and social networks to get filmmakers views and some cold hard cash (or at least cold hard Paypal) from advertisers and revenue share programs like Google and Metacafe.

We promise audiences good quality indie shorts with no filler, home movies or funny cats, no sign up, membership, download charges or restricted access, we want people to just drop by the site or any of our network channels and just enjoy watching.

We've only just got started with a selection of our own films, and we're looking for submissions of the absolute best short films for online screening through the following channels;

Coffee Shorts
Metacafe (who power our clips)
Metrofunk (official trendsetter)
Yuwie
Myspace
iFilm
Facebook
Flixya
Bebo (official media partner)
Digg
Delicious
Propeller
SumbleUpon
Reddit

And we're just working out partnership deals with Blinkx and Blast IPTV.

Just to be clear this isn't yet another network you have to join up to, add friends, poke people or anything else on, we do all that for you as your non-exclusive distributor, and pay you a share of the network income every quarter based on how many views your film has had.

If you want to get a better idea of what we're doing drop by and check things out;

or submit by following the instructions here;

We look forward to seeing your films!
