Any students out there?

I feel as though I know even less about the New Renaissance Florence Film School after having viewed their promo short and visited their website than I knew about the school BEFORE I did either of these things. What have their students got to say about their post-grad opportunities and their overall experience at the school? Was it worth it? I was thinking of applying for their MFA program, but first I'd like to weigh the good testimonials against the bad (and there are always bad testimonials at any and every school). First, please ANYONE tell me what equipment they carry? How are the instructors? The last thing I want to hear is that they're graduates from the Florence Film School who couldn't find work anywhere else.

Equally Frustrated

I am currently going through the process of enrollment at FFS. I have had a terrible experience up to this point. It has been very frustrating getting information from them about their program, I also haven't been able to find information anywhere else. I decided to take a huge leap of faith and just enroll...but I am now second guessing myself. I began this process back in May. It is now the end of July. I have consistently made them aware of my concern about the time frame in which to get a visa...not only have they done nothing but drag their feet, but as they have had issues with their pay pal, I haven't been able to make payment yet. Although I had them commit to giving me a full refund if my visa doesn't go through in time...I am wondering if this frustration in the enrollment process is a reflection of their school. Is there anyone who has any information about if this school is worth the frustration and the money?

Were you ever able to get more information about this program?

Florence film school

Hi, I was also enrolling to the FFS, and I am about to pay in about 2 days, but i am still wondering about some of the mission info, altough i have been able to talk to the director of the school a few times, I have her number if you want to talk to her, If there is any way I will like to talk to you personally by mail or something about your toughts from the school, and I can give you my opinion too, cause I am about to make a huge leap of faith too.

Please let me know, thanks.

Hello!

I am so sorry that I am just getting your email now. I would love to speak with you personally about your thoughts on the school. I am not sure if you are enrolled or not. Please email me at rroz...@gmail.com, and perhaps you have skype as well.

Hopefully I will speak with you soon.
